NC State University Giving
To support NC State University Advancement’s efforts to increase awareness, passion and support among alumni, donors, members of the community and others, we needed to establish a strategic, best-practice and industry-leading web presence for giving. Our goal was to conceive, design and build a site that supports the division and university’s strategic goals, as well as laying the online foundation for a successful future fundraising campaign.
We built a giving site that looks outward, emphasizing user experience and donor interaction over organizational or administrative information. Content on the new giving site engages its audiences through student and donor stories that show users how and why to give to NC State, where their contributions can go and how those donations improve education and research on campus.
We also sought to establish a strong visual presence consistent with the NC State University brand, unify all areas of University Advancement online and create a stronger presence for giving on the university homepage.
